Earthjustice: Because the earth needs a good lawyer

On July 1, Earthjustice Managing Attorney Deborah Goldberg will be a panelist on a nationally broadcast fracking debate presented by Intelligence Squared in partnership with the Aspen Ideas Festival. Goldberg and Kate Hudson of Riverkeeper will debate NY Times columnist Joe Nocera and former DOE Assistant Secretary Susan Tierney. The motion: "No Fracking Way: The Natural Gas Boom Is Doing More Harm than Good."
